Every new caravan comes with a 20 year licence agreement, giving you peace of mind and long term security.

Fair resale opportunity
At no time will you be asked to sell back to the park. You have the right to resell your caravan on-site, up to 12 years of age, directly to a third party at your chosen asking price. We charge a single fee of 15% — no hidden extras, no surprises.

Free family transfer
Ownership of your caravan can be transferred at any time, free of charge, to a close family member. Whether it's your son, daughter, parent or spouse, there are no transfer fees when passing your caravan on to loved ones.

Lovely quiet park on the edge of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park. Great for hiking and fishing. Close to Conwy town centre & Conwy castle and a short drive to Llandudno.

I really enjoy my visits to Bryn Morfa. I got my first ever caravan last year and the site owners are really helpful and friendly. The site grounds are well maintained with lots of trees and plants. I would certainly recommend Bryn Morfa.

A friendly non-commercialised site in a delightful setting just on the outskirts of historic Conwy. Delightful walks across the hills or around Morfa Conwy accessible from the site. Helpful and friendly staff.

A fantastic site with lovely caravans and friendly people. Plenty of places to visit including Bodnant Gardens, Penrhyn Castle and the Welsh Mountain Zoo. Can’t think of a better place to be which is why we love coming here.

Fabulous friendly place, great for a relaxing time. Easy to walk to the beach which is great for taking children and dogs. It's a nice walk to Conwy where there are a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants. It's a great base for exploring.
